Mia Fevola has confirmed her separation from Australian Football League star Jamarra Ugle-Hagan.

Brendan Fevola’s stepdaughter verified the news on Instagram on Thursday.

“I want to express my gratitude to everyone for the photographs and messages,” Mia wrote.

“Jamarra and I have since parted ways; I appreciate your communications and appreciate your observance of my privacy.”

Mia has deleted all traces of Ugle-Hagan from her 149,000-follower Instagram account.

Ugle-Hagan and Mia announced their romance on social media in March, when a photo of the duo together was captioned with a heart. Mia previously stated that the two were “merely friends,” but their relationship took a turn for the better later on.

Mia, on the other hand, has been subjected to harsh social media harassment as a result of her relationship status, causing Ugle-Hagan to send her a note of support.

Brendan, a former Carlton and Brisbane striker, was incensed by the attacks on Mia, slamming the unequal standards applied to young men and young women’s dating patterns.

Mia expressed her appreciation for Ugle-Hagan “more than words can express” on his birthday in April, while Ugle-Hagan was on hand to celebrate Mia’s 21st birthday in May.

Ugle-Hagan was drafted by the Western Bulldogs as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 draft, but he has struggled for game time this season, making only five appearances as the team stormed into the Grand Final — which it lost to Melbourne in Perth last weekend.

Mia, a businesswoman who started streetwear label MALLT Collective, expressed her admiration for Ugle-Hagan when he was called up to make his AFL debut this season, and in August, she sent the footy player a nice letter as he traveled with the Bulldogs for the finals series.

After falling outside the top four at the end of the regular season, the Dogs stunned many by making it all the way to the Grand Final before being overwhelmed by the Demons in the third and fourth quarters of Saturday night’s showdown.

Mia is Brendan’s longtime partner Alex’s eldest kid, but the Carlton great adopted her as his own after marrying Alex in 2005.
