Eve Plumb, who starred on “The Brady Bunch” as the underappreciated middle daughter Jan Brady, recently listed her New York City condo for $1.8 million.
The home, which measures 1,225 square feet and features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, was first listed on Tuesday, June 1.
Plumb, 63, purchased the Upper East Side residence for $1.58 million in 2016.
The fairly modest home, located in the Lenox Hill neighborhood, boasts views of the East River and the Manhattan skyline.

Plumb starred in the hit 1970s sitcom “Brady Bunch” for five years, from 1969 to 1974.
Since then, the star has appeared on numerous television series and films, including “Bull,” “The Path,” “That ’70s Show,” “Law & Order: SVU,” “The Love Boat,” and “Fantasy Island.”
She also appeared on the HGTV series “A Very Brady Renovation,” which focuses on renovating generational family homes. In 2019, she debuted her own spin-off series, “Generation Renovation.”
Additionally, the starlett has been painting for over two decades, with success at select galleries throughout the United States.
She has been married to Ken Pace for 26 years. The two never had their own children.
They sold their co-op on the Upper West Side for $735,000.
