Mason Greenwood has been arrested, and it is said that he broke his bail.
Mason Greenwood, a football player for Manchester United, has been arrested for allegedly breaking the rules of his bail.
In January, the striker, who was 21 at the time, was arrested on suspicion of rape and assault. He was also asked about claims that he had said he would kill someone.
Greenwood has only played once for England. He has not been charged, and in June, his bail was extended.
The latest arrest was made at his home in Bowdon, Greater Manchester, according to the BBC.
In a statement, a Greater Manchester Police representative said, “We are aware of an allegation that a 21-year-old man broke the terms of his bail, and he was arrested on Saturday.”
They also said that “questions are still being asked at this time.”
Within hours of the online accusations in January, Greenwood was told he couldn’t play for his club or train with them until further notice.
Nike ended its sponsorship deal with him, and Electronic Arts took him out of its Fifa 22 game’s active squads.
