An actress in New York City was fired after she said that the streets were closed “for one f—-ing cop.”
A New York City-based actress was fired this weekend because of her TikTok complaint that the city didn’t need to be shut down for “one f—-ing cop,” according to a report. She said that the city didn’t need to be shut down for “one f—-ing cop.”
One of the New York City cops killed by a suspect in Harlem on January 21 was Jason Rivera. A second police officer died a few days after that.
On Friday, a lot of people walked the streets of Manhattan to remember Rivera, who was 22 years old. Actress Jacqueline Guzman probably wasn’t one of them, though, the New York Post said.
The actress used TikTok to vent about the street closures that happened because of the funeral.
“We don’t need to close down most of Lower Manhattan because one cop died because he might have done his job wrong,” she said. For no good reason, they kill people who are under the age of 22 every single day. We don’t close down the city for them.
She kept going “F–——- ridiculous: This is so out of line. If you think this is funny, you’re not alone. Suppose someone has a heart attack in this area. It’s all blocked off for one f–—k cop.”
Police officers and people on social media called Guzman’s complaints “disrespectful” and said she should be “ashamed” of herself.
“Twitter is going to be around for a long time, and it will Bless your jobless heart, God bless you “:::::::
As the president of the New York City Police Benevolent Association, Patrick Lynch said in a statement that a lot of people came out yesterday to help us remember our dead brother. “One person who spreads hate can’t make that go away. People have talked about this kind of garbage for too long. We need the people in New York who are with us to speak up and fight back.”
Her employer, Face to Face Films, said on its Facebook page on Saturday that it had made a movie about her “Jacqueline Guzman, one of our members, was in a video that was not very nice. Face to Face Films does not support or agree with these comments about Officer Rivera, who was killed in the line of duty. So, she is no longer a member of our company. This is why.”
