Alex Hayes blasts Lord Sugar’s ‘cop out’ decision to fire him from Celebrity Apprentice Australia in an exclusive interview.
Alex Hayes, a social media influencer, revealed he was “shocked” to be fired from Celebrity Apprentice Australia following the show’s first challenge of the 2021 season.
Lord Alan Sugar, the 23-year-old claimed, chose him to exit the series at the end of Episode 1 due to his youth.
“Lord Alan Sugar fired me without explanation,” he explained in an exclusive exit interview with 9Entertainment.
“Because I’m young, it’s a bit of an easy way out, but I assumed he would understand. He’s been in my shoes previously, looking forward to a long future in business and entrepreneurship, and he simply didn’t see it “he continued.

“I believe it is a grave error on his part.”
Alex proposed himself as a muse with the intention of creating a photographic artwork inspired by his environmental concerns. Lord Sugar slammed the artwork, which Alex claimed had buyers bidding $50,000 — but the bids never materialized.
“As far as I’m concerned, the frame isn’t worth two bob… You don’t appear to be able to tell your art from your elbow “In the Boardroom, Lord Sugar stated.
While Alex was disappointed that Lord Sugar did not understand the artwork’s intended message, she agreed with the CEO’s selection of muses for the auction.

“David’s 20 years of modeling experience and contacts are a tremendous asset, and we rushed into it,” he explained.
“All I did was throw my ideas out there; as a visionary, I enjoy throwing ideas out there, which everyone grabbed onto. Thus, I believe I am doing the right thing by devoting all my energy to a piece that clearly did not do the job.”
Without the funds Alex believed he could raise, his group Team Momentum found itself in the crosshairs of Lord Sugar. He was being considered for termination in the case of Project Manager Shaynna Blaze and Martha Kalifatidis.
Alex believed Martha should have been terminated first, implying she was not a “team player” and that all he did was follow the Project Manager’s lead.

“I’m extremely disappointed that I didn’t have the opportunity to raise funds for my charity Batyr. They are all about empowering people to tell their stories and empowering storytelling, so that others can identify with their adversity and overcome it through their resilience “Alex stated that she hoped to contribute to the reduction of stigma surrounding mental health by appearing on the show.
