Miguel Maestre called it a “roast” of Abbie Chatfield for changing clothes after the ceremony.
Abbie Chatfield let her hair down at the after-party for the Logies last night, but another star made fun of her for a questionable move she made before the party.
Abbie Chatfield, who had never been to the Logies before, nailed the key to making the most of the after-party.
The former Bach star was a pro when it came to moving on after the very long ceremony. She went back to her room for a “15-minute nap,” a cup of tea, and a change of clothes.
Abbie was seen getting ready for the party in her hotel room. She told her Instagram followers that she was taking a 15-minute nap before the after party because she had already “lost her voice.”
She also said, “I have a terrible headache, but I want to go downstairs and have a good time.”
She posted on Facebook, “Should I go to the after-party or go to sleep? Comment ur vote.”
“OK. Even though my voice is almost gone and I have to do a radio show tomorrow, I’ll still go because everyone else will. So I’ll go and check in, all right?” she decided.
Downstairs, Abbie talked to Most Popular New Personality Tony Armstrong, Georgie Tunny from The Project and her boyfriend Rob Mills, and former I’m a Celebrity king of the jungle Miguel Maestre, who made fun of the podcast host for wearing the same outfit she had worn earlier in the day.
Abbie said that Miguel “roasted” her for ditching her beautiful Logies dress for a blue jumpsuit. She did this by showing clips from the notoriously rowdy party.
He has obviously never had to spend the whole night in a dress that was too tight or too loose.
It was the same blue jumpsuit that Abbie had worn earlier in the day when she was in a hurry to get some underwear for the trip but had forgotten to pack any.
“I’ve forgotten undies … “I don’t have underwear, I don’t have underwear!” Chatfield told her followers in a frantic Instagram story just hours before walking the red carpet.
As soon as the problem was solved, Chatfield could be seen laughing with Studio 10 star Narelda Jacobs as she walked through the shopping district.
Chatfield looked amazing when she got to the Star. She wore a beaded silver corset dress and a classic Hollywood-glam feathered robe.
She didn’t have to go to commando, which was lucky.
The Hit Network radio host looked a little worse for wear this morning when she did her Stories show again.
Since it’s her 27th birthday today, the star had an extra reason to party hard last night.
Abbie is going to have a big year ahead of her now that she’s been chosen as one of the new judges on Masked Singer Australia.
